The founder of Rockmount Ranch Wear is the oldest and longest-serving CEO in the U.S.. His clothes has become a mainstay for celebrities and politicians and his collection was worn in the movie "Brokeback Mountain" with a shirt worn in the film selling recently for over $100,000 on eBay. Weil was the first with a soft brimmed cowboy hat designed he said, so that three cowboys could ride together in the front of a pickup truck without knocking their hats off.
